Service Description
Movement Meditation is a powerful tool I teach women to reconnect to their body and intuition. It's a moving prayer where we let go of stories, move energy and step into our power and clarity. Learn to witness the power of your body as it moves and clears generations of stories that have been begging to be felt and released through expression. This is for women who are ready to break free and rise into their power. We will sit in prayer together as we release what is no longer ours to carry and witness each other rise. This practice is truly magical and can easily be incorporated into your everyday life and makes such a big difference! WHEN: Every Sunday at 12:30 pm EST on Zoom. A link will be sent out every Sunday hours before each class. WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, Kleenex, water and a Journal. WHAT TO EXPECT: Drop in together with a guided meditation, share our intentions ( optional), shared teaching, tools and guidance, semi-guided music and movement, integration and closing meditation and energy clearing, share and questions (Optional).
